Who We Are
The Charity is able to perform its role and programme activities through the hard work and dedication of Board members, staff and volunteers.
The Board is responsible for the governance and strategic management of the charity; with the Chief Executive, team of staff and volunteers responsible for the day to day operation such as our programmes, projects and functions. The members of the organisation are representatives of the community; statutory; business; and voluntary sectors who bring on board skills, and knowledge 50+ years combined experience required to make a success of the organisation for the ultimate benefit of the service users.
Management
Adelaide Morgan, Chief Executive
Adelaide Morgan has a postgraduate diploma and Masters of Business Administration(MBA) from the University of Hertfordshire with a commitment to lifelong learning she was a postgraduate student for the advanced diploma/MA/MSc Psychology of Education from the Institute of Education, University of London. Her fifteen years experience and interest of supporting children and young people developed when she established the first children’s trust within the financial sector. She was a Social Entrepreneur Award Winner for the UnLtd Millennium Trust with a passion for supporting children and young people break cycles of social deprivation and achieve their optimum.

Alun Griffiths, Chair
Alun was the former Head of Community Education, Adult & Lifelong Learning for the Newport City Council; He is currently the Workforce Development and Partnership Manager for the University of Wales, Newport and is actively involved with the Youth Education Advisory Committee amongst other relevant roles pertinent to the education of Children and Young People in Wales.
