Welcome To Life Map Planners

Life Map Planners is committed to serving children and young people from disadvantaged communities Pan Wales by offering innovative projects that span the field of education, employment, mental health, juvenile and social justice. We deal with such critical issues as child poverty, delinquency, delayed education, homelessness and unemployment.

Life Map Planners is a programme that is in direct response to the growing number of young people that are either falling through the cracks at school and offers at-risk children and youth the opportunity to make a dramatic change in their lives.

Life Map Planners seek to facilitate the implementation of policies addressing child poverty, community development and capacity building within communities experiencing social deprivation and exclusion.
